Staging Consultation  JUST $95.00
Our consultation is a complete review of your home, inside and out.  Our designer will do a complete walk thru of the home and take detailed notes of the home’s characteristics.  Following the review, we will provide a comprehensive report and advice on how to maximize the potential profits for your home.  It might just take one consultation to set you on the right track! 

“Top Ten” Priority Report
This report is for the home that is well on its way to being staged and just needs a little extra attention.  We will focus on the top ten things the home owner can do right away to increase value and sell the home quickly.   

A Picture’s Worth A Thousand…You Decide
Just need fantastic professional photos and a little sprucing?  In no-time your home can take on a whole new personality.  Let us accentuate the positives and draw in those buyers.  No pictures of beanie-babies here! 

½ Day Staging
Get ready to see dramatic transformations to the home!  This package is our most popular and works wonderfully for homes that are under 2000 square feet.  We work with the home sellers to make the most of what they have.  We also bring in added accessories, so that we can take beautiful photos for your marketing efforts AND give the home seller a “visual” of what they should purchase to complete the look.   

Full Day Staging
We will spend a full day transforming your home into a buyer’s dream.  Working from our detailed report, changes will be made to ensure every room has an ‘emotional connection’ to your potential buyer.  You won’t believe what difference a day makes! 

Vacant Listing Package
Only 10% of potential buyers can visualize a home’s layout.  Don’t leave it to their imagination!  By staging a vacant home, we can instantly add warmth and that ‘must have’ appeal.    

New Listing OR Open House Weekend
This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go on the market or having an Open House!  Make a great first impression with this service.  We will spend two full days, prior to the Open House, transforming your home into a show house.  Topped off with our Open House Checklist your buyers are sure to notice! 

Just Moved…Now what?
